What do you like most about working for 360WOWINC?
We’re growing quickly and each day brings a new and fun challenge to figure out. We’re very clear on the destination but the thrill of the journey is what gets me out of bed every morning.
What is a life goal you are looking forward to accomplishing in the near future?
Complete a three day 1 to 1 trip with each of my young kids (ages 7, 10 and 12) to a destination outside of Minnesota.
What is the most inspiring part about your job?
Seeing our team members grow personally and professionally!
What do you like most about working for 360WOWINC?
I love the company culture – everyone is friendly and there are so many fun things to do around the office, from air hockey to ping pong to boxing in the warehouse!
What is a life goal you are looking forward to accomplishing in the near future?
I am looking forward to building up my savings account so I have funds for future travel with friends and family!
What is the most inspiring part about your job?
I love lighting a spark in the people I interview and see that grow into a flame as people become more integrated in the culture and grow into the best version of themselves.
I enjoy the wide variety of tasks and projects my job brings daily.
What do you like most about working for 360WOWINC?
360WOWINC is an organization that shows a lot of support towards employees and cheers them on to succeed. Everyone is helpful and welcoming and that can be hard to find.
What is a life goal you are looking forward to accomplishing in the near future?
Inspire my two girls to be strong, independent, and compassionate grown adults. They are my greatest accomplishment and being a good example for them is work daily!
What is the most inspiring part about your job?
Being an Executive Assistant allows me to create the type of career that I want and assist great leaders in the process.
Everyday is a little different. It keeps me focused and always looking for ways to improve.
What do you like most about working for 360WOWINC?
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I can literally go out for coffee and or lunch with anybody in the office.
What is a life goal you are looking forward to accomplishing in the near future?
Invest more and learn more about the investing world.
What is the most inspiring part about your job?
Seeing movers growing both personally and career wise within the company. Always exciting to see the new faces on day one training and seeing them grow throughout the months is very rewarding.
I love being able to talk to different types of people and experience the Minnesota culture. It’s exciting to see how different everything is and learning new or better ways to talk to different people in a different area. I love the people I work with. They make work fun and exciting and the day goes by so much smoother. I thoroughly enjoy coming in to work and being the best version of myself I could possibly be.
What do you like most about working for 360WOWINC?
I love the environment 360WowInc provides. The energy in the mornings and all throughout the day helps make the day go by so much faster. Everyone here is high energy and so easy to get along with. Everyone looks out for everyone and no one is left behind.
What is a life goal you are looking forward to accomplishing in the near future?
Owning a house and truly starting a life in Minnesota.
What is the most inspiring part about your job?
The amount of effort everyone puts in to make sure the day goes by smooth. We are all working together and it truly shows how well everything can go if everyone is doing their part. The communication between the employees and managers is the best I have seen. Personally, it makes this more than a job to me.
